Partnership Disputes

Abril Law has considerable experience in resolving Partnership and Shareholder disputes. We strive to resolve these conflicts without resorting to costly and protected litigation. Our team makes every effort to bring adversarial parties together, find common ground, and draft the necessary separation agreements or buy-outs to achieve the ultimate goal.

Unfortunately, in some instances, the parties are unable to reach an agreement through mediation or arbitration, and judicial intervention is the only alternative. We will file suit in the appropriate jurisdiction to achieve buyouts, appointments of a receiver, shareholder withdrawal, restructuring of the corporate entity, etc.
