Jorge M. Abril is the Managing Partner and Founder of Abril Law. As a senior trial associate for a leading South Florida firm, Jorge had the opportunity to represent the United States in the collection of federally guaranteed loans in U.S. District Courts. Additionally, he sharpened his litigation skills by bringing hundreds of cases to trial. Jorge founded Abril Law in 1991 to concentrate in healthcare reimbursement, managed care litigation, commercial litigation, and post-judgment remedies.
Mr. Abril lectures periodically in all areas of healthcare reimbursement, including managed care litigation and ERISA. The scope of his expertise also includes post-judgment collections, proceedings supplementary, fraudulent conveyances, and post-judgment remedies.
