Our firm provides
advice and legal counsel to organizations engaged in a myriad
of commercial endeavors, including the manufacture of retail
and wholesale goods and products, print and media operations,
and numerous other commercial activities in South Florida and
throughout the world.
When our commercial clients become involved in business
disputes with customers and other entities, the first priority
of our firm is to preserve the sensitive nature of the business
relationship between the creditors and debtor, thereby allowing
the creditors the possibility of securing future sales of
products and/or services to the debtor. However, upon exhausting
amicable avenues, the firm is prepared to zealously litigate
creditor claims in state and federal court in order to reduce
the claim to a judgment.
After securing a judgment, the firm is entitled to review
the debtor corporation’s financial records, on behalf
of the creditors, in order to invalidate fraudulent transfers
or identify assets subject to garnishment and/or attachment
to satisfy the judgment.
Post-judgment creditors’ remedies include: garnishment,
attachment, replevin and proceedings supplementary.
